Overview

Our refund and returns policy has 2 stages. If after 14 days, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will take it back, no questions asked. If you choose not to keep the Laser or Wire Feeder within 30 days, then a refund will be granted based on the conditions below. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We understand you may no longer have the original packaging.

All consumables are final sales when used. If still in the original packaging and unused, they can be returned with the unit.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. If within 30 days, we will provide a full refund less the nominal rental fee of 10%. Items which have not been used will given a full refund if within the 30 day period.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be partially refunded unless specified as final sale during purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@azlolaser.ca.

Training

Free training includes 8 hours of training split into 2 days. Client should provide a projector or television for trainer to display the training materials. Upon completion, all students will be tested on startup, shutdown and laser adjustment. Upon successful completion candidates will receive a diploma. Travel and accommodation costs will be added for all clients outside of Southern Ontario Canada. Training is currently offered in English and French only. 

Shipping

Free shipping is applicable for orders over $1,000 and to Southern Ontario Only. Additional costs may be applicable depending on product and destination. For more details, inquire within.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should first notify us at info@azlolaser.ca. We will coordinate the pickup and inspection of your unit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure Environment.
